Grace Adoyo is a highly skilled Finance Manager with over 10 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and grants administration within both local and international NGOs. As the Finance Officer at Safe Water & AIDS Project (SWAP), she leads the finance team in budget planning, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance management. Having worked with Child Fund, SANA International, Teenage Mothers, and Farm Africa as a Finance & Administration Officer and Enterprise Manager, she brings extensive expertise in managing donor-funded projects, supporting public-private partnerships (PPPs), and ensuring the financial sustainability of WASH initiatives. Her meticulous approach to internal controls, risk assessment, and audit oversight ensures financial transparency and accountability in all aspects of SWAP’s operations.

Passionate about empowering women, youth, and children, Grace is committed to creating sustainable health solutions in resource-limited environments. She plays a crucial role in capacity building for program teams on financial management, donor compliance, and statutory regulations, ensuring that all projects align with government policies, GAAP standards, and donor-specific requirements. With a Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, she is currently pursuing her CPA Final at KCA University, further strengthening her expertise in financial leadership and strategic planning.
