Ronald Otieno Nyagol is the Research Coordinator at SWAP, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing research studies, data collection, and impact evaluations. With a Diploma in Community Health and Development from Menengai Medical Training College, he brings a strong background in public health research, field coordination, and study supervision. His expertise lies in evaluating the health, economic, and technological impacts of interventions and innovations, ensuring that SWAP’s research contributes to evidence-based policy and program improvements.

Before becoming Research Coordinator, Ronald served as a Study Supervisor, providing technical oversight on over more than 40 research studies across various public health domains. His leadership in managing diverse research teams and data collection efforts has strengthened SWAP’s capacity for high-quality research and innovation. He is also a co-author of multiple published studies, reflecting his commitment to scientific excellence and advancing public health solutions. With his deep expertise in research coordination and data-driven health interventions, Ronald continues to support SWAP’s mission of improving health outcomes for vulnerable communities.
